DELIVERY

All orders will be shipped within 3 working days of your purchase. You will receive an email notification to confirm your order has been dispatched. International (Including EU customers) please note:  Your products may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office website for further information and an estimate of their cost before placing your order. Please allow more time for delivery around Christmas and during periods of promotional sales.

United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man | £9.99

Europe and Republic of Ireland | £15

Rest of the world – Hong Kong, China, Japan, Korea, USA, Canada, UAE, Australia, New Zealand | £25

RETURNS

Please note we don’t take returns on sale items.*

If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item full refund (excluding delivery) within 14 days. Please email help@www.elliss.co.uk to arrange your return. Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. All goods must be returned in their original condition and package, please take care when unpacking and repacking. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot take returns on briefs. We do not accept any worn or soiled garments. We recommend that you send the goods by registered post & retain proof of posting. Any damage or missing items will be charged for. Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 working days of receipt. Please note we don’t take returns on sale items.*
