Full – time with immediate start

Working hours – 10AM – 6PM (Monday-Friday)

Location – Hackney, London

We are looking to add a new member to our growing sustainable, London based, fashion business. The role will involve; coordinating logistics, managing customer service, alongside providing the team with additional admin support where required. Applicants must have a background in administration with strong IT and numeracy skills. A bonus if you are interested in fashion. The position is suited to an individual who is both highly organised and customer service focused. Enjoying both, communications with customers and behind the scenes tasks.

You will be responsible for coordinating our logistics warehouse, with direct online orders and wholesale accounts, making sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently. As well as communicating with wholesale customers on logistics related queries. This requires someone who is proactive and extremely efficient with strong time management skills and a keen attention to detail.

The customer facing aspect to this role will involve running our customer service email, handling returns and exchanges where necessary. This requires an effective communicator and fluent English. Other languages are a bonus!

As part of a start up the daily tasks can vary and we require someone who has the ability to multi task and thrives in a diverse environment. We are looking for a highly organised individual who will enjoy this varied and dynamic role within our small team.
