All orders will be shipped within 3 working days of your purchase. You will receive an email notification to confirm your order has been dispatched. International customers please note: If you order products for delivery outside the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of their cost before placing your order. Please allow more time for delivery around Christmas and during periods of promotional sales.
All shipments are processed through Royal Mail 1st class signed for and Royal Mail tracked.

If you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund (excluding delivery) within 14 days. Please email email@example.com to arrange your return and to check availability of stock if you are seeking an exchange. Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. All goods must be returned in their original condition and package, please take care when unpacking and repacking. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot take returns on briefs. We do not accept any worn or soiled garments. We recommend that you send the goods by registered post & retain proof of posting. Any damage or missing items will be charged for. Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 working days of receipt. Please note we don't take returns on sale items.*
